  • See the ServicePoint nearest to you, as well as your working hours. You have a network of over 3,700 collection points across the Iberian Peninsula. Once the shipment is in distribution, you can only select a neighbor or porter to receive your shipment. Check the status of your shipment via your email or go to, enter the shipment number and change your delivery.

  • Once your shipment is received at a ServicePoint, you have 10 days to pick it up. Check your inbox if you have provided your email, you will receive an email when the shipment arrives at ServicePoint. If you did not provide your email, you will receive an SMS.

  • Our ServicePoints network is dynamic and updates periodically. It may happen that your favorite ServicePoint is temporarily closed or on vacation. Don’t worry, we have over 3,700 ServicePoints across the Iberian Peninsula and you’ll find another ServicePoint near you here.

  • See here the status of your shipment and you will be able to see if you are in a ServicePoint and which. In addition, if we have your email, you will receive an email with ServicePoint data. Check your mail, our courier may have left a delivery attempt as this:

  • Yes. Your shipment may be collected by someone else at a ServicePoint, provided that it is accompanied by a copy of your Citizen Card, your own Citizen Card, and this authorization signed.

  • In order to pick up your shipment at a DHL eCommerce ServicePoint, you will need your Citizen Card or ID. If you cannot pick up your shipment at ServicePoint, you can authorize someone else to do so in your seat. You will need to take a copy of your National Card, your own National Card and this authorization signed.

  • If the shipment is in distribution, you can only select delivery from a neighbor or porter. Remember that you can only make a single change. If you have already modified delivery, you will not be able to do so again. If your shipment payment was made through reimbursement or is greater than 120x60x60cm, it cannot be delivered at ServicePoint.

  • If the shipment is at a concrete ServicePoint, it cannot be transported to another place. Remember that ServicePoints benefit from extended hours of operation and a 10-day deadline for shipping shipments.

  • It is not possible once 10 days the shipment is returned to the sender.

  • You may change the delivery date for the next 7 business days of your delivery, request that delivery be made at a neighbor or porter and change the delivery address here. Furthermore, we offer the possibility to pick up the shipment directly from the DHL eCommerce delegation, so please contact our customer service team here.
