  • If you have already submitted your shipment at a ServicePoint, please contact the Customer Support  so we try to stop the distribution. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it is possible. If we are able to lock the shipment, please send us the following details: sender and receiver name, shipment reference, invoice number and amount paid, so we can return. 

  • On the last screen display of the label creation process, you can download both the label and the invoice. Arriving at this stage assumes that the shipment is confirmed. In addition, we will send you a purchase confirmation email. Don’t forget to confirm in your Spam box.
