HOW TO RETURN

If you already have a DHL return label, simply follow the steps below to return your orders.

Label

A return label is required for returns. If you do not arrive within the original shipment box you should contact the sender to receive it.

Package

It is important to securely pack the shipment, remove the old label and place the return label in the box. The original label should never be visible or legible - if not to remove place the return label above.

Perform Return

Find the ServicePoint most convenient for you and leave your shipment so we can get to the sender. Check which Nearest PointPoint.

Proof of Delivery

Whenever shipping a shipment at a ServicePoint DHL must provide a contact to receive an email or sms delivery proof.
