After your customer has initiated a return via your website or app, your business must begin its return process. This involves scheduling return shipments, approving refunds, and organizing a replacement product if it is damaged. Once the product arrives back with you, it should be inspected to determine its condition. Will it need to be cleaned before reselling? Fixed? Parts replaced?
