DISCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

"20% DISCOUNT SAVE WITH DHL"

 

1. ORGANIZER:

  •  DHL Express México, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "DHL"), with address at Av. Fuerza Aérea Mexicana No. 540, Col. Federal, Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City, C.P. 15700, R.F.C. DEM 880115 2E9.

2. VALIDITY:

  •  The DISCOUNT will be valid from April 21, 2025 to December 31, 2026.

3. GEOGRAPHICAL AREA WHERE IT IS VALID:

  •  This DISCOUNT is applicable to residents of the Mexican Republic.

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. The customer will be able to receive the DISCOUNT code via email or WhatsApp. The customer can also find the code on DHL's official public social networks (Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn).

  2. The customer must present themselves at the participating DHL store and mention the name of the DISCOUNT, as well as present the code mentioned in point 1.

  3. Not be an employee of DHL Express Mexico, S.A. de C.V.

5. DISCOUNT:

  •  The DISCOUNT consists of 20% (twenty percent) on the current public rate of the freight cost of the products EXPRESS DOMESTIC 09:00 (1), EXPRESS DOMESTIC 10:30 (5), EXPRESS DOMESTIC 12:00 (9), ECONOMY SELECT DOMESTIC (G), EXPRESS DOMESTIC (N), EXPRESS EASY DOC (7), EXPRESS EASY NON DOC (8), EXPRESS WORLDWIDE DOC (D), EXPRESS WORLDWIDE NONDOC (P).

6. MECHANICS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DISCOUNT:

To participate in the allocation of a DISCOUNT, the following steps must be followed:

  •  DHL will publish the discount code through its official social networks (Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn).

  •  The customer must go to the participating DHL store that has the products listed above enabled. Subsequently, the customer must request the DISCOUNT from the in-store advisor by providing the name of the DISCOUNT and the code mentioned in numeral 4 of these terms and conditions.

  •  Valid 3 (three) applications per month per customer.

  •  Each code may have a specific validity which will be indicated in the medium through which the customer consults the code.

  •  Participating DHL Stores: Promotion valid only within DHL stores located within the Mexican Republic. Check stores in https://locator.dhl.com/?l=es&countryCode=MX

  •  DISCOUNT cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

  •  The DISCOUNT does not apply to additional services and/or charges or to any contribution or expense generated by the provision of the service.

  •  DISCOUNT valid only for shipments paid by cash, credit and/or debit card within the participating DHL store.

  •  DISCOUNT not valid for shipments made through a DHL account.

  • The DISCOUNT is non-transferable.

7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Participation in this DISCOUNT implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  2. DHL reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or permanently and immediately cancel this DISCOUNT, without any liability to DHL, its shareholders, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, in the following cases:

    • By unilateral decision of DHL.

    • For reasons beyond DHL's control, including acts of authority, force majeure events or acts of God.

    • If irregularities, fraud or misconduct are detected on the part of the participants.

    • Any modification or suspension will be publicly communicated through DHL's official social media channels. Participation in this DISCOUNT implies express acceptance of this provision, and releases DHL from any liability for claims arising from such circumstances.

  3. DHL may permanently disqualify any participant who engages in any of the following conducts:

    • Provide false data, simulated profiles, or incorrect information during your participation.

    • Commit fraud, manipulation or any improper practice in the development of the application of the DISCOUNT.

    • Breach these terms and conditions.

  • Carry out actions or publications that, in DHL's opinion, may affect morals, public order, good customs, or that may cause harm to other participants, third parties or the good name of DHL.

  • Disqualification will be determined at DHL's discretion and will not give rise to any claim, compensation or liability for the company.

  • DHL employees or people who have a direct employment relationship with the company may not participate in this DISCOUNT, in order to guarantee transparency, equity and objectivity in the development of the activity.

  • Participation in this DISCOUNT implies the express consent of the participant for the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, and in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties and its Regulations.
    The personal data provided to DHL will be used exclusively for purposes related to the execution of the DISCOUNT, including identity verification, contact with beneficiaries, and dissemination of related information. This data will be safeguarded and managed in accordance with the privacy notice of DHL Express Mexico, available at: https://mydhl.express.dhl/mx/es/home.html
    The participant represents that he/she has read and understood this privacy notice, and authorizes DHL to:

    • Publish your name as a beneficiary, in case you are a creditor of the DISCOUNT. The publication of the beneficiary will be at the discretion of DHL.

    • Disseminate information related to the DISCOUNT, including results, in any advertising medium or social network.

    • Generate and use audiovisual material related to the DISCOUNT, without this implying additional compensation or generating rights other than those established in these terms.

  • This authorization is granted in a free, informed and voluntary manner, exclusively for the promotional purposes of the DISCOUNT.

 

8. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
The DISCOUNT of these terms and conditions does not constitute a game with bet or a draw in the terms established by the Federal Law of Games and Sweepstakes, so it does not require authorization from the Ministry of the Interior.
This activity is exclusively for promotional purposes and interaction with the digital community, without payment, chance, or any economic participation on the part of the participants. Therefore, it is not subject to the provisions of said law or its regulations, and does not generate rights other than those expressly established in these terms and conditions.
Due to its digital and public nature, participation is open to anyone who meets the established requirements, regardless of their place of residence within the Mexican Republic.
9. DECOUPLING THE DISCOUNT FROM SOCIAL MEDIA
The social networks used by DHL for the dissemination and execution of this DISCOUNT do not sponsor, endorse or administer in any way the same, nor are they associated with it.
