DISCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. ORGANIZER:
DHL Express México, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter referred to as "DHL"), with its registered address at Av. Fuerza Aérea Mexicana No. 540, Col. Federal, Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City, C.P. 15700, R.F.C. DEM 880115 2E9.
2. VALIDITY:
The DISCOUNT will be valid from July 13, 2026, to December 31, 2026.
3. GEOGRAPHICAL AREA WHERE IT IS VALID:
DHL offers a discount of up to 70% (seventy percent) off the valid public rate which is posted in participating stores and/or at https://mydhl.express.dhl/mx/es/locator.html for ground shipping services.
The discount will be applied exclusively to the freight cost of Economy Select Domestic (G) products (hereinafter "Product G" in rate zones E, F, G and H), Ground Select (V) (hereinafter "Product V" in rate zones E, F, G and H) and the Express Domestic (N) product (hereinafter "Product N" in zones A, B, C and D).
4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:
In order for the Client to benefit from the Discount, the Client must visit one of our stores (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Point") during the Discount Period and request that the staff at said Service Point apply the Discount that is the subject of this DISCOUNT.
5. DISCOUNT:
The Discount percentage applicable to the shipment’s freight value will be based on the greater of the actual or volumetric weight of the shipment:

This Discount applies to domestic shipments paid for on a cash transaction (CASH), regardless of the payment method used (cash or debit/credit card).
6. DISCOUNT PARTICIPATION PROCESS:
To qualify for the DISCOUNT, the following steps must be completed:
DHL will publish the discount code through its social media channels (Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn), and the Client must present it in-store.
The Customer must visit a Service Point where the products mentioned above are available and, to request the DISCOUNT, must provide the executive with the name of the DISCOUNT and the code mentioned in subsection (a) of this section.
DISCOUNT cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
The DISCOUNT does not apply to additional services and/or charges, nor to any contribution or expense generated by the provision of the service.
The DISCOUNT is valid only for shipments paid for in cash, credit card and/or debit card, within the participating DHL store.
DISCOUNT is not valid for shipments made through a DHL account.
The DISCOUNT is non-transferable.
7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
a) Participation in this DISCOUNT implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
b) DHL reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or permanently and immediately cancel this DISCOUNT, without any liability to DHL, its shareholders, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, in the following cases:
By unilateral decision of DHL.
For reasons beyond DHL's control, including acts of authority, force majeure events, or unforeseeable circumstances.
If irregularities, fraud, or misconduct on the part of participants are detected.
Any modification or suspension will be publicly communicated through DHL's official social media channels. Participation in this DISCOUNT implies express acceptance of this provision and releases DHL from any liability for claims arising from such circumstances.
c) DHL may permanently disqualify any participant who engages in any of the following conducts:
Provides false data, fake profiles, or incorrect information during participation.
Commits fraud, manipulation or any improper practice in connection with the application of the DISCOUNT.
Fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Engages in actions or publications that, in DHL's judgment, may affect public morals, public order, good customs, or that may cause harm to other participants, third parties or DHL’s reputation.
Disqualification will be determined at DHL's discretion and will not give rise to any right to a claim, compensation or liability for the company.
d) DHL employees or people who have a direct employment relationship with the company are not eligible to participate in this DISCOUNT, in order to guarantee transparency, equity, and objectivity in the development of the activity.
e) Participation in this DISCOUNT implies the participant’s express consent to the processing their personal data in accordance with these terms and conditions, and in compliance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and its Regulations.
The personal data provided to DHL will be used exclusively for purposes related to the execution of the DISCOUNT, including identity verification, contacting beneficiaries, and disseminating related information. This data will be safeguarded and managed in accordance with the DHL Express Mexico Privacy Notice, available at: https://mydhl.express.dhl/mx/es/home.html
The participant acknowledges having read and understood said privacy notice and authorizes DHL to:
Publish their name as a beneficiary, should they be eligible for the DISCOUNT. The publication of the beneficiary will be at DHL’s discretion.
Disseminate information related to the DISCOUNT, including results, through any advertising medium or social network.
Generate and use audiovisual material related to the DISCOUNT, without this implying additional compensation or generating rights other than those established in these terms.
This authorization is granted in a free, informed, and voluntary manner, exclusively for the promotional purposes of the DISCOUNT.
8. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
The DISCOUNT described in these terms and conditions does not constitute a game with bets or sweepstakes under the terms established by the Federal Law of Games and Sweepstakes; therefore, it does not require authorization from the Ministry of the Interior.
This activity is intended solely for promotional purposes and to engage with the digital community, without any payment, element of chance, or financial contribution on the part of participants. Therefore, it is not subject to the provisions of said law or its regulations, and it does not confer any rights other than those expressly set forth in these terms and conditions.
Due to its digital and public nature, participation is open to anyone who meets the established requirements, regardless of their place of residence within the Mexican Republic.
9. DECOUPLING THE DISCOUNT FROM SOCIAL MEDIA
The social media platforms used by DHL for the promotion and implementation of this DISCOUNT do not sponsor, endorse or administer this DISCOUNT in any way, nor are they associated with it.
