Discount Terms and Conditions:

"SHIP NOW Discount"

 

1. ORGANIZER:

  •  DHL Express México, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "DHL"), with address at Av. Fuerza Aérea Mexicana No. 540, Col. Federal, Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City, C.P. 15700, R.F.C. DEM 880115 2E9.

2. VALIDITY:

  •  The DISCOUNT will be valid from March 01, 2026 to August 31, 2026.

3. GEOGRAPHICAL AREA WHERE IT IS VALID:                

4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Applies only to shipments from Mexico to the United States.

5. DISCOUNT:

  •  The DISCOUNT consists of a 20% (twenty percent) discount on the current public rate of the freight cost of any of the following products: International: Express Worldwide (D), Express Worldwide Non Doc (P), Express Doc and Non Doc 9:00 (E,K), Express Doc and Non Doc 10:30 (M,L) and Express Doc and Non Doc 12:00 (Y, T)  made on the page where the aforementioned products are available.

6. MECHANICS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DISCOUNT:

6.1 Obtaining the promotional code

a. DHL will make the promotional code available to the public through its official communication channels, including social networks (Facebook, Instagram and/or LinkedIn).
b. The dissemination of the code is only informative; in the event of a discrepancy, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

6.2 Generation of the shipment

c. The Client must enter the official platform during the validity of the promotion:
https://shipnow.dhl.com/mx/es/
and proceed to generate your submission.

d. The shipment must comply with the following conditions:

  • Have origin in Mexico; y

  • Have a final destination exclusively in the United States of America.

e. The DISCOUNT will not be applicable in the following cases:

  • Domestic shipments within Mexican territory;

  • International shipments destined for other than the United States.

6.3 Applying the Promo Code

f. Before making payment, the Client must:

  • Select the option "I have a promo code" within the platform;

  • Enter the corresponding promotional code correctly; y

  • Verify that the DISCOUNT is reflected in the payment summary prior to concluding the transaction.

g. In the event that the code is not entered correctly prior to payment, no adjustment, refund or subsequent application of the DISCOUNT will be applicable.

6.4 Shipping Payment

h. Payment must be made exclusively through the electronic means available on the platform (credit and/or debit card).

i. The DISCOUNT will only be applicable to shipments paid online within the Ship Now platform, excluding other channels or forms of contracting.

6.5 Restrictions and Conditions of Use

j. The DISCOUNT:

  • It cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or benefits;

  • It does not apply to additional services, extra charges, taxes, contributions or other costs derived from the service;

  • It is not transferable, redeemable or redeemable for cash;

  • Not valid for shipments made through corporate accounts or registered DHL accounts;

  • Not valid in physical stores or DHL points of sale.

7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. Participation in this DISCOUNT implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  2. DHL reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or permanently and immediately cancel the activity subject to this DISCOUNT, without any liability to DHL, its shareholders, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, in the following cases:

  1. By unilateral decision of DHL.

  2. For reasons beyond DHL's control, including acts of authority, force majeure events or acts of God.

  3. If irregularities, fraud or misconduct are detected on the part of the participants.

  4. Any modification or suspension will be publicly communicated through DHL's official social media channels.

Participation in this DISCOUNT implies express acceptance of this provision, and releases DHL from any liability for claims arising from such circumstances.

  1. DHL may permanently disqualify any participant who engages in any of the following conducts:

  1. Provide false data, simulated profiles, or incorrect information during your participation.

  2. Commit fraud, manipulation or any improper practice in the development of the application of the DISCOUNT.

  3. Breach these terms and conditions.

  4. Carry out actions or publications that, in DHL's opinion, may affect morals, public order, good customs, or that may cause harm to other participants, third parties or the good name of DHL.

Disqualification will be determined at DHL's discretion and will not give rise to any claim, compensation or liability for the company.

  1. DHL employees or people who have a direct employment relationship with the company may not participate in this DISCOUNT, in order to guarantee transparency, equity and objectivity in the development of the activity.

  2. Participation in this DISCOUNT implies the express consent of the participant for the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, and in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties and its Regulations.

The personal data provided to DHL will be used exclusively for purposes related to the execution of the DISCOUNT, including identity verification, contact with beneficiaries, and dissemination of related information. This data will be safeguarded and managed in accordance with the privacy notice of DHL Express Mexico, available at: https://mydhl.express.dhl/mx/es/home.html

The participant represents that he/she has read and understood this privacy notice, and authorizes DHL to:

  1. Disseminate information related to the DISCOUNT, including results, in any advertising medium or social network.

  2. Generate and use audiovisual material related to the DISCOUNT, without this implying additional compensation or generating rights other than those established in these terms.

This authorization is granted in a free, informed and voluntary manner, exclusively for the promotional purposes of the DISCOUNT.

8. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS

The DISCOUNT of these terms and conditions does not constitute a game with bet or a draw in the terms established by the Federal Law of Games and Sweepstakes, so it does not require authorization from the Ministry of the Interior.

This activity is exclusively for promotional purposes and interaction with the digital community, without payment, chance, or any economic participation on the part of the participants. Therefore, it is not subject to the provisions of said law or its regulations, and does not generate rights other than those expressly established in these terms and conditions.

Due to its digital and public nature, participation is open to anyone who meets the established requirements, regardless of their place of residence within the Mexican Republic.

9. DECOUPLING THE DISCOUNT FROM SOCIAL MEDIA

The social networks used by DHL for the dissemination and execution of this DISCOUNT do not sponsor, endorse or administer in any way the same, nor are they associated with it.
