DISCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
"20% SME DISCOUNT"
1. ORGANIZER:
DHL Express México, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "DHL"), with address at Av. Fuerza Aérea Mexicana No. 540, Col. Federal, Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City, C.P. 15700, R.F.C. DEM8801152E9.
2. VALIDITY:
The DISCOUNT will be valid from June 01, 2026 to December 31, 2026.
3. GEOGRAPHICAL AREA WHERE IT IS VALID:
This DISCOUNT is applicable to residents of the Mexican Republic.
4. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:
Be a micro, small or medium-sized enterprise.
Be the beneficiary of a collaboration agreement entered into between DHL and a governmental or private agency, entity or organization, whose purpose is to carry out joint actions aimed at promoting the economic growth of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises located in a given territory or belonging to such organizations, the "Collaboration Agreement". Each Collaboration Agreement will indicate the DHL stores that participate in this DISCOUNT.

5. DISCOUNT:
The DISCOUNT consists of 20% (twenty percent) on the current public rate of the freight cost of the products: Express Domestic (N) Express Domestic 9:00 (1), Express Domestic 10:30 (5), Express Domestic 12:00 (9), Economy Select Domestic (G), Express Easy (8), Express Easy DOC (7), Express Worldwide (D), Express Worldwide Non Doc (P).
6. MECHANICS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE DISCOUNT:
To participate in the allocation of the DISCOUNT, the following steps must be followed:
The customer will show up at the participating DHL store, mention the name of the "20% SMEs DISCOUNT".
Submit the documentation that proves their status as a beneficiary of a "Collaboration Agreement", which will be indicated in said Agreement.
Present and/or provide the corresponding promotional code ("PROMOCODE") at a participating store, as well as, where appropriate, the image, screenshot or any other digital media that shows the published discount.
The store advisor must apply the discount of 20% (twenty percent) for national and international shipments, according to the product selected by the customer, as long as the PROMOCODE is redeemable in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The signatory organisations of a Collaboration Agreement will be responsible for disseminating the DISCOUNT with those people who meet the requirements of the Agreement itself.
The DISCOUNT is limited to 3 (three) shipments per visit per beneficiary.
Participating Stores: The DHL stores established in the Collaboration Agreement, which may be located within the Mexican Republic and can be consulted in https://locator.dhl.com/?l=es&countryCode=MX
DISCOUNT cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
The DISCOUNT does not apply to additional services and/or charges or to any contribution or expense generated by the provision of the service.
DISCOUNT valid only for shipments paid by cash, credit and/or debit card within the participating DHL store.
DISCOUNT not valid for shipments made through a DHL account.
The DISCOUNT is non-transferable.
7. TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Collaboration Agreements signed prior to February 1, 2026 between DHL and any governmental or private agency, entity or organization will retain the 20% (twenty percent) DISCOUNT, which will remain in force until May 31, 2026.
Participation in this DISCOUNT implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
DHL reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or permanently and immediately cancel this DISCOUNT, without any liability to DHL, its shareholders, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, in the following cases:
For reasons beyond DHL's control, including acts of authority, force majeure events or acts of God.
If irregularities, fraud or improper conduct are detected on the part of the beneficiaries.
Any modification or suspension will be publicly communicated through DHL's official social media channels. Participation in this DISCOUNT implies express acceptance of this provision, and releases DHL from any liability for claims arising from such circumstances.
Due to the termination of the Collaboration Agreement.
DHL may permanently disqualify any beneficiary who engages in any of the following conducts:
Provide false data, simulated profiles, or incorrect information during your participation.
Commit fraud, manipulation or any improper practice in the development of the application of the DISCOUNT.
Breach these terms and conditions.
Carry out actions or publications that, in DHL's opinion, may affect morals, public order, good customs, or that may cause harm to other beneficiaries, third parties or the good name of DHL.
Disqualification will be determined at DHL's discretion and will not give rise to any claim, compensation or liability for the company.
DHL employees or people who have a direct employment relationship with the company may not participate in this DISCOUNT, in order to guarantee transparency, equity and objectivity in the development of the activity.
Participation in this DISCOUNT implies the express consent of the participant for the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the provisions of these terms and conditions, and in accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties and its Regulations.
The personal data provided to DHL will be used exclusively for purposes related to the execution of the DISCOUNT, including identity verification, contact with beneficiaries, and dissemination of related information. This data will be safeguarded and managed in accordance with the privacy notice of DHL Express Mexico, available at: https://mydhl.express.dhl/mx/es/home.html
The beneficiary represents that he/she has read and understood this privacy notice, and authorizes DHL to:Publish your name as a beneficiary, in case you are a creditor of the DISCOUNT. The publication of the beneficiary will be at the discretion of DHL.
Disseminate information related to the DISCOUNT, including results, in any advertising medium or social network.
Generate and use audiovisual material related to the DISCOUNT, without this implying additional compensation or generating rights other than those established in these terms.
This authorization is granted in a free, informed and voluntary manner, exclusively for the promotional purposes of the DISCOUNT.
8. GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS
The DISCOUNT of these terms and conditions does not constitute a game with bet or a draw in the terms established by the Federal Law of Games and Sweepstakes, so it does not require authorization from the Ministry of the Interior.
This activity is exclusively for promotional purposes and interaction with the digital community, without payment, chance, or any economic participation on the part of the beneficiaries. Therefore, it is not subject to the provisions of said law or its regulations, and does not generate rights other than those expressly established in these terms and conditions.
Due to its digital and public nature, participation is open to anyone who meets the established requirements, regardless of their place of residence within the Mexican Republic.
9. DECOUPLING THE DISCOUNT FROM SOCIAL MEDIA
The social networks used by DHL for the dissemination and execution of this DISCOUNT do not sponsor, endorse or administer in any way the same, nor are they associated with it.
