Important Notes
- All Rates stated here are in NZD, excluding taxes and other fees and surcharges (where applicable).
- Fuel Surcharges are included in above rates.
- The Rates as set out in this rate card are valid only until December 31 of the year the Rates are quoted. The Rates are subject to a General Price Increase (GPI) effective January 1st of each year.
- You must use the DHL EXPRESS EASY boxes for your shipment in order to enjoy the low flat fee.
- For maximum protection, your shipment should not exceed the recommended weight limit. You should divide your shipment into several boxes should it exceed the weight limit.
- Note that each DHL EXPRESS EASY boxes must be accompanied by its own Air Waybill and paperwork (unlike DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE where one Air Waybill for multi-piece shipments is allowed).
- DHL EXPRESS EASY shipments that exceed the maximum weight limit will be charged with DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE rates or premium fees.
- Only available at the 5x DHL Express Service Points and payment made by credit card/EFTPOS.
Optional Shipment Insurance
Our insurance provides comprehensive coverage in the event of loss or damage during transportation. This is separate from our standard liability, which is automatically applied to every shipment, but only covers a limited portion of the shipment’s value.
Currently available at DHL Express Service Centres, our shipment insurance charge is $25.00 or 2.5% of the stated shipment value if higher. Insurance is also available for shipments sent through MyDHL+.
