In order to streamline and simplify customs procedures, shipments between third countries or special territories are declared using the digital data provided to DHL.
Check if the type of goods they are shipping to a third country or special territory is outside the scope of the following Regulations and if so, please accept the customs regulations.
I hereby DECLARE under my responsibility that the goods shipped
- They are NOT included in Washington Convention (CITES) Regulation (EC) 338/1997 DO L61 of 3.3.1997 and its latest amendments, relating to the protection of wildlife species.
- They are NOT included in the lists of Annex I of the 2021/821 R/EU, as amended, so it cannot be considered Dual Use or Military Use products or technologies. Not included in the List of Defense Materials of Annex I and II of Royal Decree 679/2014, being exempt for all purposes from administrative authorizations for its foreign trade.
- They are NOT included in Annexes II and III of R/EU 2019/125 L-30 (31-01-2019) as amended, on the trade of certain products that may be used to apply the death penalty or inflict torture or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment.
- They are NOT included in Annex I or Annex V of Regulation (EU) 649/2012, as amended, regarding the export and import of hazardous chemicals, nor does it contain mercury.
- They are NOT subject to Regulation (EU) 2024/590, as amended, on ozone depleting goods.
- They are NOT affected for the ban on exports of fluorinated greenhouse gases, in accordance with R/EU 573/2024.
- They are NOT affected by the control described in R/EC 1013/2006 L-190 regarding the transfer of waste and its modifications.
- They are NOT affected by Regulation (EU) 2023/2833 (Thunnus thynnus-Red Tuna).
