Email Fraud Notice: We detected a massive fraudulent email scheme that usurped DHL’s identity.

30-07-2025 These messages inform you that an order has been returned to a DHL agency and request payment of €2.86 to retrieve it, indicating that you have 48 hours to pick it up. The email includes a link to a fake website that mimics DHL’s design, where personal and bank details are requested. Do not access the link or enter any data.

Some clues to identifying fraud:

  • The sender of the email is not an official domain of DHL.

SMS-Scam “Download Our Application to Track Your Parcel”

2021-04-27Currently, malware is circulating via SMS impersonating DHL or another globally known company. The spam SMS asks the recipient to follow a link to a hacked website from where an app can be downloaded. The downloaded app asks for many permissions including to view and send SMS. We strongly advise not to follow the link in the SMS and not to download the app as it is part of a scam.
