The interface is available in multiple languages, including Japanese, and is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy to use even for first-time users. It is also compatible with all major browsers and on various devices so you can take your billing management on the go.

Start using DHL MyBill for free

For first-time users of DHL MyBill*, we will explain the registration process, settings, and basic usage.

*Even if you have an account number, some features of DHL MyBill may not be available.

How to register for MyBill

  1. Proceed to new registration from “Sign-up to MyBill.”
  2. Enter the billing country and DHL Express account number, then click “Continue.” (If you do not have a DHL account number, you will need to apply for a DHL Express account.)
  3. Enter the required information in the MyBill registration form. (Please enter all required fields.) After entering the information, click “Save and Continue.”
  4. Once registration is complete, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email address.
  5. Click the link in the email to proceed to the password setup screen.
  6. Enter the password you set, and you will be logged in with the message “Welcome to MyBill.”

How to use MyBill

  • Invoices: View information about unpaid invoices.
  • Invoices under inquiry: View invoices currently under inquiry with DHL and their details.
  • Overdue invoices: View information about invoices with overdue payment deadlines and quickly understand their status.

Post-payment management

Once an invoice has been paid, you will be automatically redirected to the invoice history screen from the dashboard. All invoices displayed on the invoice history screen have been paid, so please use them for reference or data extraction.

Downloading invoice data

Invoice data can be downloaded in CSV format. Select the required items and click the “Search” button to generate a report, allowing you to easily manage and analyze the data.

Files available for download will be displayed on the “Archive” and “Search” screens. However, files will be deleted after a certain period of time (12 months), so we recommend downloading them as soon as possible.

How to change various settings

  • User Details: You can change your name, phone number, and language.
  • Password Change: You can change your MyBill password (please note that this is different from your MyDHL+ password).
  • My Account: All DHL Express accounts that you can access are listed, and you can check the permissions for each account. If you have administrative permissions, an “Admin Button” will be displayed on the management screen. Clicking this button allows you to view a list of permissions associated with the account, such as user management and inquiry permissions. You can also select the invoice receipt method on this screen.
  • Unpaid Invoices: A list of current unpaid invoices is displayed, allowing you to easily check their status.

Invoice Search Methods, Shipment Tracking, and Inquiries

Set search criteria to easily search for invoice and waybill data. You can narrow down your search using the following criteria.

  • DHL Express account number
  • Invoice number
  • Waybill number
  • Invoice type
  • Status
  • Invoice issue date

You can also save your search criteria. If you want to search using the same criteria next time, enter the search criteria, save them with a name, and you can search quickly.

Clicking on the invoice number of a shipment displayed on the dashboard will take you to the invoice screen, where waybill information will be displayed. Clicking the “Waybills” tab will display a “Tracking Button” for each shipment row, allowing you to check the delivery status.

Additionally, you can print waybills (Waybills) and related invoice documents from the dashboard.

Invoice Download Method

  • Single invoice: Click the invoice number and press “Download” to display a list of extractable documents. Select the necessary documents and download them.
  • Multiple invoices: To output multiple invoices, check the boxes of the invoices you want to output and then press the “Download” button.

Easy estimation of fees and transit time

Based on the rates contracted in your account, you can calculate estimates and transit times. First, click the “Shipping Rate Search” tab on the dashboard screen and enter the required information. For fuzzy searches, using an asterisk “*” is convenient.
