DISCOUNT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

"DHL REWARDS"

 

DHL Express México, S.A. de C.V. (hereinafter "DHL"), with address at Avenida Fuerza Aérea Mexicana 540 Colonia Federal, Alcaldía Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City, C.P. 15700, Federal Taxpayers Registry DEM8801152E9.

DYNAMICS SPECIFICATIONS:

These terms and conditions shall apply to registration and participation in the program called "DHL Rewards" (hereinafter the "DYNAMICS") applied by DHL, which aims to thank its loyal customers for visiting and shipping in its stores (hereinafter the "CUSTOMER").

MECHANICS OF THE "DYNAMICS":

  1. To be a participant in the "DYNAMICS", the "CUSTOMER" must make an initial shipment (hereinafter the "SHIPMENT") in DHL stores, considering that the only participating products are: a) Domestic Express 8:30 (1); b) Domestic Express 10:30 (5); c) Domestic express at 12:00 (9); d) National Economy Selection (G); e) Domestic Express (N) (hereinafter "PARTICIPATING PRODUCTS")

  2. With the above, the "CLIENT" must request registration from the assigned advisors in any of the DHL stores located in the Mexican Republic, which can be located at the following link https://mydhl.express.dhl/mx/es/locator.html

  3. In order for the advisor to be able to register, the "CLIENT" must provide the following information: a) Proof of Tax Situation (for legal entities, the corresponding certificate of the company and employee credential issued by the same must be shown); b) Name of the "CLIENT" or company name, as the case may be; c) Date of birth or incorporation, as the case may be; d) Email address of the person making the registration; e) Contact telephone number.

  4. Once the above information has been registered, each time the "CLIENT" makes a shipment by providing the Federal Taxpayer Registry (hereinafter "RFC") registered in the "DYNAMICS" through the Constancia de Situación Fiscal, it will be accounted for in the shipment history made by the "CLIENT" (hereinafter the "HISTORY"), which will be considered by "DHL" to provide the discounts detailed below.

  5. Each time the "CUSTOMER" comes to the store to make a "SHIPMENT", the latter must request the "DHL" advisor that it be recorded in the "HISTORY". By entering the "RFC" registered by the "CLIENT", the "DHL" system will count the number of shipments made by the "CLIENT" in the last 30 calendar days to assign a discount (hereinafter the "DISCOUNT") according to the levels established by "DHL" that are detailed below:

GENERAL FEATURES OF THE DYNAMICS:

  1. The "CLIENT" may consult the terms and conditions of the "DYNAMICS" in https://dhlproductosyservicios.com/legalesverano.html .

  2. The "DYNAMIC" will be valid from February 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.

  3. To participate in the "DYNAMICS" the following requirements must be met

    • For natural persons: i) Be a natural person over 18 (eighteen) years of age; ii) Possess a valid official identification (Voter Credential or Passport); iii) Not be an employee of DHL EXPRESS México, S.A. de C.V. iv) Have Proof of Tax Situation.

    • For legal entities: i) Be a legally constituted Mexican company; ii) Have proof of tax status; iii) The worker who presents the Certificate of Tax Situation of the legal entity must prove his or her personality by means of a valid credential issued by said company.

  4. Only "SHIPMENTS" actually paid will be considered in the "DYNAMICS".

  5. The "DISCOUNT" corresponding to the "CLIENT" level will be applied only to the freight cost.

  6. The "DISCOUNT" object of this "DYNAMIC" will not be valid on additional charges derived from the provision of the courier and parcel service and/or optional services contracted by the "CLIENT", which will be paid in accordance with the rates published in the "Services and Prices Guide" or on the "www.dhl.com.mx”. Nor does it include the duties, taxes or any other contribution that "DHL" covers on behalf of the "CLIENT" derived from the import and/or export of the shipments that the "CLIENT" consigns to "DHL" for transportation.

  7. The "DYNAMIC" rewards our customers only with the "DISCOUNT" for their next shipments if applicable, and it cannot be exchanged for any other type of monetary or material benefit.

  8. A multi-piece shipment will only count as one shipment in the "CUSTOMER's HISTORY" in the "DYNAMICS".

  9. The "DYNAMIC" is not applicable to shipments that are made with a "DHL" account, i.e. all those customers who have entered into an account opening agreement through which the service is provided.

  10. Shipments made with a discount other than the "DYNAMIC" one cannot be combined with other promotions or dynamics published by "DHL".

  11. Only "SHIPPING" made physically in "DHL" stores will be cumulative, "SHIPPING" made through third parties or internet pages will not be cumulative.

  12. "DYNAMICS" is applicable for "SHIPPING" made as long as it is paid in cash or credit or debit card directly at any of the participating "DHL" stores.

  13. The "RFC" registered within the "DYNAMICS" is personal and non-transferable.

  14. The "CLIENT" must ensure that the data registered in the "DYNAMICS" is accurate and up-to-date, the change in any data must be requested from the "DHL" in-store advisor and may be applied up to 72 business hours after the advisor receives the request.

  15. The "CLIENT" may unsubscribe from the "DYNAMICS" by requesting the "DHL" in-store advisor and may be applied up to 72 business hours after the advisor receives the request.

  16. In the event of cancellation of the "DYNAMICS", the "CLIENT" will have as a consequence the cancellation of the discount that has been achieved and in general of all the benefits of the "DYNAMICS".

LEGAL CONSIDERATIONS OF "DYNAMICS":

  1. "DHL" reserves the right to temporarily or indefinitely and immediately suspend the activity subject to these terms and conditions, in the event of detecting or becoming aware of irregularities or fraud in the development of the same, or in the event of any event of force majeure or fortuitous event that seriously affects its execution.

  2. "DHL" may decide to permanently withdraw a "CUSTOMER" in the event of detecting fraud or false data, information or profiles or multiple registrations in the participation of "DINAMICA", as well as for non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

  3. The participation of the "CLIENT" in the "DINÁMICA" expressly states that he/she has read and accepts the terms and conditions under which the "DINÁMICA" operates, so under no circumstances may the "CLIENT" claim ignorance of them.

  • The invalidity or illegality of individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions does not affect the continuation in full force and effect of the remaining provisions.

  • The "CLIENT" acknowledges that "DHL" may modify these terms and conditions without any liability to "DHL" or its shareholders, affiliates and/or subsidiaries, either by unilateral resolution of "DHL" or by any impediment or circumstance beyond the control of "DHL" and/or its shareholders and/or subsidiaries (including any act of authority and/or force majeure and/or fortuitous event).

  • The Personal Data provided to "DHL" will be safeguarded and managed in terms of the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties, its Regulations and the Guidelines of the Privacy Notice (hereinafter and jointly "the Legislation"), in accordance with the privacy notice that is published in https://mydhl.express.dhl/mx/es/home.html#
