1. Return or send a DHL Express parcel
You can easily return your DHL Express parcels using a DHL Express return label at the myflexbox near you or send prepaid DHL Express shipments using the same principle.
- Stick the DHL Express label on your parcel.
- Find the nearest myflexbox.
- Scan the DHL Express label on the myflexbox.
- Enter your email address or mobile number.
- A compartment opens and you can insert your package.
- You will receive an email, WhatsApp or SMS as confirmation.

2. Here's how you can redirect a DHL Express parcel to a myflexbox parcel station:
Once a DHL Express shipment is on its way to you, you have the option to redirect it to a myflexbox of your choice. Simply click on the link in the package notification and select your preferred myflexbox. Alternatively, you can conveniently manage your shipment as a guest via DHL Express On Demand Delivery.
- You will receive an email and/or text message from DHL Express. It contains a link to view delivery options, make changes, or track your shipment.
- Click on the link and select a myflexbox near you as your delivery option.
- Your changed delivery location will be sent to you via email and/or SMS.
- If the DHL Express shipment has been deposited in the myflexbox, you will receive an email and/or SMS with the myflexbox address and the associated 8-digit pickup code (PIN code).
- Enter the 8-digit pickup code (PIN code) on the myflexbox display.
- Enter your name and sign on the display.
- A compartment opens and you can remove your package.
3. To set a delivery preference:
Thanks to the DHL Express On Demand Delivery-Services, you can specify a preferred myflexbox for all your DHL Express shipments. Sign up now and simplify your everyday life by having all future DHL Express shipments delivered directly to a nearby myflexbox.
- Register for DHL Express On Demand Delivery.
- Tap the "Delivery Preference" menu item and then tap "Add Preference".
- Select “Pick up at a DHL Service Point or Packstation”.
- Enter a zip code or city in the search box. Available locations will be displayed.
- Select a myflexbox near you and click “Confirm”.
- You will receive a confirmation by email, Whatsapp or SMS
4. Pick up DHL Express parcel:
Once a shipment has been deposited for you in your myflexbox, you will automatically be notified via SMS. The SMS will contain a pickup code that you can use to collect your DHL Express parcel from the specified myflexbox.
- You will receive a notification via email, WhatsApp or SMS.
- This contains a pickup code and address.
- Find the specified myflexbox.
- Enter the pickup code manually on the display.
- Sign the receipt on the display.
- A compartment opens and you can remove your package.

As soon as your parcel or goods are deposited in the myflexbox, you will automatically be notified by email and/or SMS from DHL Express that the parcel has been stored. A pickup code will be sent to you, which you can use to pick up the parcel from the myflexbox.
It's possible that DHL Express didn't have your email address/mobile phone number, or it provided an incorrect one. Only DHL Express can resend the code to you. Therefore, please contact DHL Express customer service directly and request that they send you the pickup code along with your tracking number.
The DHL Express pickup code consists of 8 numbers. Please check that you have entered the correct pickup code, which you received via text message or email, on the display.
Please check that you are at the correct myflexbox location.
If you are picking up multiple packages or items, please check that you have entered the pickup code for the correct package.
If the code still doesn't work despite all attempts, please contact DHL Express Customer Service. Only they can resend the code to you.
