If you have a signed agreement with DHL eCommerce and the active customer number, you will be able to ship individual shipments at DHL POP Packages. Included in the price of the POP service!
You can send:

- Package International.

How does the collection of parcels at DHL ServicePoints work?
People buying on the network are increasingly interested in picking up their own shipments, especially if the pick-up points are in their vicinity. Our network of personal collection points fits perfectly into these needs!
When the shipment is at the DHL ServicePoint selected by the customer, we send an e-mail / SMS with the PIN code necessary for its collection. Package is waiting for pickup of 4 days. No time to pick up is not a problem, just upload your PIN and bill of lading number to the person you authorize to receive the shipment.
How do I share pickups at retail points with DHL eCommerce?

- In order for the sender to be able to send a parcel to a DHL ServicePoint Service Center, it is necessary to fill in the data for notifications (e-mail, mobile phone number), which will be needed on delivery.
