    The Valencia area was most affected, where transport was temporarily halted. Difficulties are also occurring in the eastern and southern regions of the country, affecting supplies throughout the Iberian Peninsula.

    Every effort is made to minimise delays. We will keep you updated on this page on the status of the supply situation in Spain.

  • Dear Sir/Madam,

    We would like to remind you about the obligation to register goods in the RO e-Transport system for shipments to Romania if:

    - the gross weight exceeds 31.5 kg and the invoice value is higher than 10,000 RON ~ 2,000 EUR

    - they contain goods with increased tax risk if the gross weight exceeds 500 kg or the invoice value is higher than 10,000 RON~ 2 000 EUR

    From July 1, 2024, failure to report goods subject to regulations will result in penalties. The responsibility to verify whether the goods are subject to the above-mentioned reporting lies with the customer.

    1. How to obtain information to generate the UIT code?
      Inquiries regarding the information necessary to generate the UIT code, such as the vehicle registration number and the border crossing place, should be sent to e_transport@dhl.com in English.
    2. How to provide the UIT code?
      The UIT code confirming the registration of goods in the RO e-Transport system should be provided on the shipment in any form, in a visible spot.

    When shipping goods subject to mandatory registration in the RO e-Transport system, please select the DHL Parcel Connect Plus product (B2B shipments) to ensure the declaration in the RO e-Transport system is handled. For the DHL Parcel Connect product (B2C shipments, UIT code not required), there in no such process in place.

    For goods not subject to registration, it is recommended to state in English that it is not required, e.g., "UIT not required" or "UITFREE."

  • We are all currently shaken by the very difficult flood situation in southern Poland. We stand in solidarity with the residents of flood plains, who are most severely affected by the flood situation. Flooding is a force majeure over which we have very limited influence and which significantly affects day-to-day life, including transport and logistics. However, we would like to inform you that the transport of shipments entrusted to our hands runs normally and smoothly. Parcels are delivered throughout the country safely and on time.   • As a result of changes to German postal law, from 01.01.2025, parcels over 10 kg will need additional labelling on address labels from the year onwards.

    • Change applies to shipments up to 31.5 kg - DHL Parcel Connect and DHL Parcel Connect Plus
    • a pictogram indicating the weight range of the consignment will appear on the label
    • the pictogram will be created in DHL tools on the basis of the weight declared by the customer
    • compliance of the scales with the pictogram will be verified in an operational process in Germany
    • in case of non-compliance, the information on the label will be corrected
    • shipments with incorrect pictograms will be processed manually, which can impact delivery time and generate additional cost

    We would like to inform you of the planned changes to DHL eCommerce Polska Sp. z o.o.

    In order to provide customers with excellent service, the DHL Group has divisions focused on providing specialized service. In Poland, DHL  eCommerce Polska Sp. z o.o. has separate divisions: DHL  eCommerce and DHL Freight.

    The divisions function independently of each other as organized parts of the company, capable of providing the highest quality services to customers independently.

    In order to make it easier for our Customers and Contractors to work with individual Divisions and to streamline the work within each Division, we have decided to formally divide the Company, thanks to which each Division will obtain its own legal personality.

    Below is the basic range of services provided by each division.

    The Parcel Division (eCommerce) primarily provides transportation and courier services for shipments weighing up to 31.5 kg. and transportation services for heavier general cargo shipments weighing up to 2,500 kg. including pallets. It operates on the territory of Poland (domestic shipments) and on the territory of European Union countries (international road transport and courier services).

    The Fracht Division mainly performs domestic and international freight forwarding and road transportation of shipments, including full-vehicle (i.e., carrying only goods belonging to one customer on a given vehicle) and partial-vehicle transportation services.

    Once the Company is formally demerged in accordance with the attached demerger plan, the Fracht Division will be transferred to the demerged company. The newly formed company will operate under the name DHL Freight (Poland) Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw.

    On the other hand, Dywizja Parcel (eCommerce) will remain in DHL eCommerce Polska Sp. z o.o., which, after division, will be renamed DHL eCommerce (Poland) Sp. z o.o.

    We assure you that the process of splitting the Company will not be felt by our Customers and Contractors. The way we provide services and the business terms of our cooperation will remain unchanged.

  • This year the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary falls on Thursday (15.08), therefore we would like to inform you that DHL will not be providing services on this day, it is a public holiday. Couriers will not pick up parcels on Wednesday (14.08) with delivery on Thursday 15.08.
    Saturday (17.08) is a public holiday and DHL will not provide services on this day.
    Couriers will not pick up parcels on Friday (16.08) with delivery on Saturday 17.08.

  • This year Easter falls on Sunday and Monday (31.03-1.04), therefore we would like to inform you that on Saturday 30.03 and Monday 1.04 DHL will not provide services, these are public holidays. 29.03 POK staff and couriers will not be collecting parcels with delivery on Saturday 30.03 and Monday 1.04.

    The May Day holiday falls this year on Wednesday and Friday (1.05 and 3.05), therefore we would like to inform you that  DHL will not be providing services on these days and on 4.05, these are public holidays. On 30.04, POK staff and couriers will not be collecting parcels with delivery for Wednesday 1.05.

    We would also like to point out that 2.05 is a standard working day. Delivery and collection of parcels will take place on these days, with the exception of parcels with delivery on Friday 3.05.

  • We would like to warn all customers using our services against fraudulent SMS messages about surcharges e.g. for customs fees. Any such notifications should be regarded as not only false, but also dangerous. It is one of the cybercriminals' tools to extort money in this way. Please be assured that at DHL eCommerce we do not apply any additional surcharges charged after the shipment has been shipped.

    • these messages are not sent by DHL - someone is illegally using our company name and our address details,
    • do not open links in messages or open files in attachments - this risks launching a virus on your computer,
    • best to delete messages from your inbox
  • This year Christmas falls on Monday and Tuesday (25-26.12), therefore we would like to inform you that DHL will not be providing services on these days, they are public holidays.

    On Saturday (23.12), the usual Saturday service will be maintained with delivery of Saturday parcels with possible collections where needed and according to local arrangements with the customer.

    New Year's Day falls on Monday (1.01) therefore we would like to inform you that DHL will not be providing services on that day, it is a public holiday.

    On Saturday (30.12), the usual Saturday service will be maintained with the delivery of Saturday parcels with possible collections where needed and according to local arrangements with the customer.

    Epiphany this year falls on Saturday (6.01). DHL will not be providing services on this day, it is a public holiday.

  • This year All Saints' Day falls on Wednesday 1.11, so please be advised that DHL will not be providing services on this day, it is a public holiday. Couriers will not pick up parcels with delivery on Wednesday 01.11. On Tuesday  31.10, consultants are only taking orders for Thursday 02.11.

    Independence Day falls on Saturday 11.11, therefore we would like to inform you that DHL will not be providing services on this day, it is a public holiday. Couriers will not pick up parcels with delivery for Saturday 11.11 and Sunday 12.11. As of Friday 10.11, consultants are only taking orders for Monday 13.11.

    We would also like to point out that Friday (09.06) is a standard working day. Deliveries and collections will take place on these days, with the exception of parcels with delivery on Saturday (10.06).

  • This year Easter falls on Sunday and Monday (09-10.04), therefore we would like to inform you that DHL will not be providing services on Saturday (08.04) and Monday (10.04), these are public holidays. Couriers will not be collecting parcels on Friday (07.04) with delivery for Saturday (08.04) and Monday (10.04).

    May Day holidays fall this year on Monday and Wednesday (01.05 and 03.05), therefore we would like to inform you that DHL will not be providing services on these days and Saturday (29.04), these are public holidays. Couriers will not pick up parcels on Friday (28.04) with delivery on Saturday (29.04).

    We would also like to point out that Tuesday (02.05) is a standard working day. Delivery and collection of parcels will take place on this day, with the exception of parcels with delivery on Wednesday (03.05).

  • This year, Christmas holidays are on Saturday and Sunday (25-26.12), so please note that Saturday 25.12 will not be serviced by DHL. On Day 24.12, POK employees and couriers will receive delivery shipments on Monday 27.12. On this day, the DR will also not be collecting and delivery, and the Acceptance Points are working by hours. 13: 00.

    Please note that 7.01 is a standard business day. You will receive delivery and collections on these days excluding Saturday delivery.

  • We warn you, before the wave of email spam, in which fraudsters attempt to send documents (passports, personal proof and driving license) under DHL. Such notifications should be considered hazardous. It’s one of the tools for cyber criminals. Please be assured that in DHL eCommerce we do not ask you to upload scans of your personal documents.

    • messages are not sent by DHL - someone wrongfully uses our company name
    • Do not upload document scans - it threatens to have your personal data used and unlawfully used.
    • if you submitted a document scan - as soon as possible

    Fake emails take the following form:

    1. The sender field shows the name associated with DHL. Sample Entry, that was observed, e.g. DHL Express, DHL24.
    2. The sender's email address is not in the domain @dhl.com or @dhl.pl from which the communication is sent to DHL clients. Fake emails are sent from different private and business addresses.
    3. The subject of the email suggests that the message is for a DHL shipment. Example topic: "DHL Delivery".

  • This year, the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary falls on Sunday, August 15, therefore we would like to inform you that Saturday, August 14 remains a standard business day for DHL. On August 14th, the Saturday parcel posting and delivery services will be provided. 15.08 DHL will not provide services, it is a day off.

  • Recently, there have been text messages impersonating DHL or other well-known companies. An SMS suggests the user to click on a link leading to a hackers page with a modified application The downloaded application asks for access to many permissions, including sending and receiving SMS. We strongly advise against clicking the link and downloading a modified application that is part of the hacking campaign.

  • In recent days, we have seen attempts by various types of scams by couriers and DHL employees. Therefore, we ask for increased vigilance both when shopping through popular advertising platforms and when transferring your personal data to senders of suspected emails or sms.  Here are two of the most common scam events that have occurred recently:

    FICTITIOUS COURIER

    Scams involving people who impersonate couriers, including DHL couriers. Scams apply to purchases on advertising platforms of the type  olx and have the following course:

    1. A fictitious buyer appears on the legally issued product.
    2. Fictitious buyer agree with the issuer to purchase cash on delivery and declares that he will order the courier himself, downloading a set of exhibitor data for this purpose.
    3. Fictitious buyer sends fake courier to pick up purchased cash on delivery
    4. The exhibitor is left without money and without the goods issued.

    Be warned against such dishonest persons and we recommend that, especially in the case of  through advertising portals, the issuer  he ordered the courier himself. This can be done conveniently and safely, e.g. on the dhl24.com.pl/dlaciebieat all times while retaining full control over the shipment, including the download.


    FICTITIOUS DHL EMPLOYEE

    Phishing by electronic means, based on e-mail correspondence with a fake DHL employee.

    1. For private and corporate mailboxes fake mail with delivery notification, in whose title the name DHL appears and a string of numbers imitating the number of the consignment note.
    2. According to the contents of the e-mail, in the "local DHL center" the recipient of the e-mail is waiting for the shipment and to receive it you need to provide the missing data.
    3. To put your audience on alert and phishing, scammer impersonates DHL employee – signed with a fictitious name and the position of "Sales Manager in the DHL field"
    4. The message also contains graphic elements using the DHL logo and colors.

    In connection with these incidents, we urge you to exercise extreme caution when transferring your personal data to third parties. Please also pay attention to the domain address from which the shipment notification emails were sent via DHL.

  • Please note that from April 1, 2019, Customers shipping cash-paid shipments in DHL24 will receive invoices within 2 business days of the Courier's shipment.   

    In order to correct your data for the invoicing process, we remind you:

    •  we send invoices to the same e-mail address as your DHL24 login; if you have not received  e-invoices within the prescribed period, please report the case by Form
    • if the invoice is to be issued to your business, please enter the  tax identification number.

    DHL24 customers with cash accounts can manage their data after logging in to the service, in the "My Data" tab.

     

    We also remind you to enter the correct data of the recipients:

    •  correct zip code = on-time delivery
      we sort shipments by postcodes, errors in their format affect the lengthening of the delivery process and sometimes prevent delivery of the shipment
    • recipient's contact details (phone, e-mail) = satisfied customer we send free e-mail and sms notifications to your customers with information about the status of delivery of the package; this allows recipients to track the fate of the shipment themselves, as well as the option to change the date or place of delivery

    4. The subject of the email suggests that the message is for a DHL shipment. Example topic: "Tracking the delivery of a DHL shipment".

  • In connection with phishing attempts using our logo or company name, we remind you of the basic precautions to be followed when shopping online, especially through advertising portals:

    1. Before buying, check the credibility of the seller or online store – read the reviews of other users, compare the offer, read the terms and conditions of the store,
    2. Do not pay for courier services using links from sellers in advertising portals e.g. Olx
    3. Do not install any phone apps sent by merchants,
    4. Special vigilance should be aroused by extremely low offers for courier delivery e.g. 5 ZŁ,
    5. When making online payments, always check the address of the page with which you log in to make the payment - first of all, the address of the website should be preceded by a closed padlock symbol, and the address should start with https://.  The address bar of the page should also include the name of the bank or payment intermediary corresponding to the content of the page,
    6. Watch out for incoming messages on social networks, email and SMS, especially those containing attachments or links. Don't open attachments and links from unknown sources, as they may contain viruses. If there's a payment link in your message , be very careful, it could be a phishing scam.

    At the same time, we inform you that DHL does not have a phone application with which you can pay for the shipment of the package.

    • these messages are not sent by DHL - someone unlawfully uses our company name and address information,
    • Do not open the links in the message or open the files in the attachments, this may cause a virus to run on your computer.
    • It's best to delete messages from your inboxes
    • DHL cannot stop the dissemination of these emails because they do not originate from the DHL network.

    Fake emails take the following form:

    1. The sender field shows the name associated with DHL. An example of an entry that has been observed is, for example, DHL Express, DHL24.
    2. The sender's e-mail address is not in the @dhl.com domain from which all communication to Polish DHL Clients is sent. Fake emails are sent from different addresses of individuals and businesses.
    3. A tracking URL leads to a page that contains dangerous content and software. Please do not click on the link.
    4. The subject of the email suggests that the message is for a DHL shipment. Example topic: "Tracking the delivery of a DHL shipment".
    5. Example email content:

  • Please note that emails suggesting that DHL is attempting to deliver a package and encouraging you to open attachments for delivery may constitute a phishing attempt  and can lead to dangerous viruses infecting your computer.

    Please do not open such an attachment. Such an email and attachment does not come from DHL.

  • Using  DHL's name and brand were attempted to frauduage online shoppers by sending e-mails using the DHL logo and graphics in an attempt to make this information legal.

    In most cases, the messages concern the sale of consumer goods over the Internet, with payment required before the goods purchased are delivered.

    Please note that DHL does not act in this way. DHL requires payment only for official freight expenses provided by DHL.

    This information does not remove the obligation for recipients to pay shipping costs, duties, VAT or similar charges at the time of delivery.

    DHL accepts no liability for costs, charges or payments unduly incurred if they result from fraudulent unlawful activities.
