Track Your Shipment with MyDHL+

Enter your 10‑digit waybill number into MyDHL+ (our online shipping platform) to check the status of your shipment.

You can track up to 10 shipments at the same time by entering multiple waybill numbers separated by commas.

For DHL Express account holders (using your account number)

Use DHL ProView® (Tracking & Notification Service)

With your corporate DHL account number, you can instantly view all shipments sent under your account and receive delivery status notifications by email. A PIN is required when registering your DHL account number in DHL ProView®. This PIN is used for identity verification—please contact your DHL sales representative to obtain it.

To access DHL ProView®, log in to MyDHL+ and navigate to Tracking → DHL ProView.

For some import shipments, domestic delivery within Japan may be handled by Sagawa Express.

If you are tracking a shipment using a Sagawa Express waybill number, please use DHL Express’s digital assistant “Track Shipment” or the tracking feature available on LINE.
