Dropping off a package for shipping
DHL Service Center
- You can create your shipping label online with MyDHL+ or do it at our service centers
- You can also return items purchased from international online retailers. (Check if the seller provided a return label.)
- Our staff can help you with paperwork for international shipping and provide packing advice—ideal for first-time shippers.
Partner Service Points
- Use Express Easy at affiliated shops nationwide like Hanko Shop 21, MBE, and more.
- Create a shipping form online in advance, then bring it to the nearest store to complete the shipping process smoothly.
Receiving Your Package
You can pick up your package at the nearest service center or PUDO locker.
DHL Service Center
- You will need your missed delivery notice and a form of personal ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
PUDO Locker
- Simply input your confirmation code to smoothly receive your package all on your own.
On-Demand Delivery
When you order from international online stores, DHL On Demand Delivery lets you track your package and choose when and where to receive it. Select delivery to your home, office, a DHL Service Point, or a PUDO locker—all from your phone.
If the sender included your mobile number, you can receive notifications and manage delivery options through the LINE app.
What to do if you receive a missed delivery notice?
Please use on-demand delivery when requesting redelivery. Check your missed delivery slip for the tracking number (waybill number). Please reach out to customer service if on-demand delivery is not available.
*We may hold your package until you request redelivery. If we don't receive a request within a certain period, we may arrange delivery through a partner carrier.
