Browse to Ship > Create a Shipment
Complete the required information into the From and To fields.
To select an address from your address book, click the yellow Address Book icon in the Name field.
After entering an address, you can save it by clicking the Save as new Contact button.
Click Next to go to the next section.
If you are using an ‘All in One’ shipment creation flow in My Profile > Manage MyDHL+, you will scroll down instead of clicking the green Next button at the end of each section.
Here you can indicate if you require a courier pickup, or if you’d like to drop it at a DHL Service Point location.
Select an option and complete the information required. If you wish to book a pickup, ensure the pickup details (address, date, times) are correct.
The Shipping documents will be displayed.
The tracking number (also known as Shipment ID or Waybill number) will be displayed.
Select which documents you would like to print and click Print Selected Documents.
The Documents will be displayed ready for you to print.
To view the shipment(s), click Manage Shipments > All Shipments.
