Schedule a Pickup (Without Creating a Shipment)

Scenario: You have already printed your shipment labels and did not book a courier pickup.

Ship > Schedule a Pickup

Do you need to create a shipping label?

Select No.

Select I have a DHL account number.

Select the account number you would like to use.

Pickup address

Check the details are correct or change them to the address within the United Kingdom.

What are we picking up?

Enter the number of packages, weight, and dimensions.

Enter the Pickup Date and select the earliest and latest time using the slider.

Click Schedule Pickup.

You will be taken to Manage Pickups and given a pickup confirmation number beginning PRG.

Manage pickups can be found by browsing to Manage Shipments > My Pickups.
