There are two types of MyDHL+ users.
When you register for MyDHL+, you are automatically configured as a ‘Core’ / ‘Single User’.
This means that only your e-mail address and password have access to your address book, shipments list, account numbers etc. Anyone else who registers, would have their own address book, shipments list, account numbers etc.
What is a Corp?
Changing your MyDHL+ login to a Corporate (Corp), enables you to
- Add more users, each with their own username and password so you can share your address book, shipments list account numbers etc.
- Enable additional options or defaults.
Sharing a Login
Some customers share their MyDHL+ login with their colleagues.
If user A changes the login details but doesn’t tell the other users, when user B tries to login, they would potentially reset the login details again and so user A would not be able to login.
From October 2025, the way you log in to MyDHL+ is changing. The user will sometimes receive an OTP (One Time Password) via e-mail.
If user B tries to login on a different device, it will trigger the OTP and user B might not have access to user A’s mailbox to retrieve the OTP.
A Corp login would solve this as each user would have their own login details but still access the same content (address book, shipment list, account numbers etc).
How to change your login to a Corp
Browse to My Profile > Enable Admin Controls (if this option is missing, please contact the Helpdesk).
Read the information in the ‘Gain Control and Visibility – Enable Admin Controls’ page that opens.
When you have been changed to a Corp, you become the Corp Admin.
After clicking yes, you will be taken to the Admin Settings > People menu.
If you don’t wish to add any new people or make any configuration changes, click the Home button and you will exit from the Admin Controls.

You will land in the Admin Settings > People

Adding People
You can add new people manually by clicking the Add New Person button for each person and following the prompts, or by uploading a CSV file (find sample CSV file here) so they are all added at once.
Add New Person
To add a person, click Add New Person
Complete the required information and click Save
Make this person a Corp Admin – decide if you would like this person to be a Corp Admin. This means they could also add people and change settings.
Group Admin – This means they could add users to the Group and change settings within their Group.

Note: if the new person is already registered for MyDHL+, they cannot be added to the Corp until they are deleted. An error message ‘Email address already registered – please use a different one’ will be displayed. Please contact the CFIT Helpdesk if you need a user to be deleted.

New users will have the status Pending Activation in the Add and Manage People list.
They will receive an e-mail asking them to configure a password and add some more information.

Add several new people
If you have many people to add to your Corp, you might wish to create a CSV file (find sample CSV file here) containing the details described below. This saves you adding them one by one.
Existing Users
To upload an existing user, you must ensure that the account number(s) they have in their existing profile are already added to your Corp (Admin Settings > Account Numbers)
The existing users Address Book will be copied but only they will be able to access it. It is not shared with other users.
Shipments from Manage Shipments will be copied into the Corps Manage Shipments list.
The Product/Item list will not be copied to the Corp.
Any defaults configured in My Shipment Settings > Shipment Defaults will be copied.
Click Upload People to upload a CSV file containing their details
