Manage Defaults will open.
There are many options that you can default, based on how you create your shipments. Configuring defaults, speeds up processing.
Example:
If you always ship Packages, go into Delivery Options and select Packages. You can also select the delivery option you use. You can overwrite the default when you create the shipment if you need to.
If you never need a Courier Pickup, click Courier Pickups and select No (I have a pickup scheduled already).
Here, you can add and default account numbers, configure packaging and printer settings.
Example:
If you would like to select a configured package during shipment creation as opposed to entering the weight and dimensions manually, you can add your own packaging options in ‘Packaging Settings’. This section will also allow you to default packaging.
If you are an account administrator, you will find the option to ‘Access eSecure’ in this section. This will enable you to administer your DHL Express Account.
My Customs Invoice Templates
You can configure templates here to use whist you are creating a shipment that requires a customs invoice.
Product / Item List
If required, you can enter information about the different items that you ship in the Product/Item list. When you are creating a shipment, you can select from the Product/Item list which saves you typing it in each time.
This list can also be uploaded via Upload A List. To do so, complete the template provided and upload the file. Please note that to successfully upload the file, all item names should be unique.
