Terms and Conditions of “DHL Lai Chi Kok Service Point Promotion” (the "Program")

The Program starts from today and ends on 31 March 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
During the Promotion Period, customers who (a) use DHL Express Worldwide service at the DHL Lai Chi Kok Service Point to ship an international shipment (documents or non-documents weighing between 0.5 kg and 30 kg) to overseas destinations; (b) complete payment by cash, EPS or credit card; and (c) present the promotion code ‘GM-EXLK’ will be entitled to receive ONE DHL Crossbody Phone Strap (“Gift”).
This Program is not applicable to customers who have DHL Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“DHL”) accounts.
The Gift is only available while stock lasts.
The Gift cannot be sold, re-sold, transferred or otherwise disposed of to any other person, in exchange for cash, other products or discounts or other considerations. There shall not be any refund, compensation or claim (of any kind) on, for or in connection with any unclaimed or unused Gift (or any portion thereof), any service or entitlement thereto (or any portion thereof).
Customers must have fully settled DHL’s charges in respect of the relevant transactions before receipt of Gift.
DHL is not a manufacturer of the Gift and will in no event accept any liability or responsibility in relation thereto. DHL will not provide any warranty maintenance or replacement service for the Gift.
DHL reserves the right to alter any aspect of the Program (including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions) and/or to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Should any dispute arise from or in relation to the Program, DHL’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
DHL’s Terms & Conditions of Carriage shall apply to the Eligible DHL Products. For more information, please visit dhl.com.hk.
If there is any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
No third-party rights shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap.623).
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
