DHL EXPRESS EASY Boxes must be used for your shipment in order to enjoy the EXPRESS EASY rates.
The minimum chargeable weight is 0.5 kg.
Recommended maximum weight for EXPRESS EASY Box is 25 kg.
Maximum shipment weight is 25 kg.
DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE rates will be charged for EXPRESS EASY Box shipment with weight over 25 kg.
DHL EXPRESS EASY shipments that exceed the box maximum weight limit will be charged with DHL EXPRESS EASY respective weight interval.
DHL EXPRESS EASY shipment will be charged based on their actual weight or Boxes billable weight (whichever higher).
Fuel Surcharges and GoGreen Plus service are included.
All Rates stated here are excluding taxes, other fees and surcharges (where applicable).
Should additional services be required to be performed by DHL for the customer, DHL will be entitled to charge customer for all taxes, duties and expenses payable to third parties and any associating handling fee as a result.
