User Registration
Step 1: Visit https://shipnow.dhl.com/hk/en to sign up an account.
Step 2: Click on “Sign up”
Step 3: Enter your valid details and click “Continue”
Step 4: Enter the OTP and verify your email to complete the account creation
Step 5: You will receive an email to verify your email address
And you are all set!
Ship and Pay Online
Complete your shipping information and pay here, then drop off at a DHL Service Point or schedule a pickup.
Step 1: Click “Create Shipment”, then “Ship Now” button
Step 2: Enter shipment details, select shipping option and optional services, finally create an invoice for your shipments (for “Package” shipment only)
Step 3: Schedule pickup and review shipment details
Step 4: Review the cost summary, select your preferred payment method, settle the shipment cost and print the shipping labels
Just wait for the courier to collect your shipments - done!
Ship and Pay at Service Point
Prepare shipment information, then drop off and pay later at a DHL Service Point
Step 1: Click “Create Shipment”, then “Prepare Shipment” button
Step 2: Enter shipment details, select shipping option and create invoice (for “Package” shipment only)
Step 3: Review shipment and cost summary
Get the reference number for shipment drop off at Service Point - done!
