Terms and Conditions of “Special Discount At DHL Service Points" (the "Program")

1. The Program starts from 1 July 2025 and ends on 30 September 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”). 
2. During the Promotion Period, customers who do not hold an account with DHL Express (Hong Kong) Limited ("DHL") can enjoy the following offers:
   • Offer 1: (a) customers who had not sent any shipments with immediate payment at any DHL ServicePoint in the past six months; (b) sent international shipment by DHL Express Worldwide service (document or non-document with weight between 0.5kg and 30kg) to the Europe (Zone 7) and Asian (Zones 1 – 5) regions (except India) at any DHL ServicePoint and at the same time purchase GoGreen Plus service; and (c) settled shipment charges by cash, EPS or credit card, shall be eligible to enjoy 50% off the Published Tariff  (excluding surcharges, taxes and other additional charges and value-added services) of DHL Express Worldwide service.
   • Offer 2: customer who (a) through the “Hong Kong MyDHL+“ online shipping platform, used DHL Express Worldwide Imports service to ship international shipments from overseas to Hong Kong; and (b) settled shipment charges by credit card, shall be eligible to enjoy a 30% discount off the Published Tariff (excluding surcharges, taxes and other additional charges and value-added services) of DHL Express Worldwide Imports service.
3. This Program cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
4. DHL reserves the right to alter any aspect of the Program (including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions) and/or to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
5. Should any dispute arise from or in relation to the Program, DHL’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
6.  DHL’s Terms & Conditions of Carriage shall apply to the Eligible DHL Products. For more information, please visit dhl.com.hk.
7. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
8. No third party rights shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap.623).
9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
