If you have already left the shipment in the Servicepoint, please contact our customer service to try to stop this shipment here We cannot guarantee that this is possible. If you have not yet delivered the package or have been able to stop your shipment, you will need to provide our customer service with the following details: sender and receiver name, shipment reference number, invoice number, and the amount paid so that we can process the return correctly.

You can download both the label and the invoice on the last label creation screen. Reaching this screen assumes that the shipment is confirmed. We will also send you an email confirming your purchase. Please check your spam folder in case the email had been hosted in it.

We will send you a copy of your invoice at the time following payment to us. Occasionally our email could be hosted in the junk folder. Please also review your Spam in case our email was deposited in that email folder.
