  • If, you can change your shipping address within your province, and reroute the delivery to a ServicePoint, change the delivery date, or choose a neighbor or concierge. You can do this via the web, with your shipment number. And also via email that you will receive with the expected delivery date. 

  • You can choose a pick-up point, change the delivery date, choose a neighbor, concierge, or modify the delivery address. Once the shipment is in delivery you can only choose a neighbor or concierge. Check the status of your shipment via email or access with your shipment number at and modify the delivery!
