To receive your shipments or online purchases at a DHL Locker, you will need to modify your shipment delivery via this link. You can do this when you receive an email or SMS with the expected delivery date. Once the shipment is in delivery it cannot be changed.
To pick up your shipment, you will receive a pickup ID and PIN in addition to the DHL Locker location via email or SMS You have 7 days to collect it!
If you made an online shipment via My DHL Parcel you can leave your shipment at one of our lockers by scanning the barcode with the App (Android/Ios) from DHL and leave it in one of the Locker compartments. We will take care of you. You will need to have the DHL App to use the Locker (Android/Ios) downloaded, connected bluetooth and internet connection. The DHL Lockers App (Android/Ios) is available in both the Google Play Store and the App Store.

You must first download the DHL Lockers App in the App Store on IOS o Google Play Store for Android. Once in front of the DHL Locker you can open it using the credentials received. Remember, you must have bluetooth enabled. The locker door where your shipment is located will open automatically. After logging in, the App (Android/Ios) automatically connects to DHL Locker.

You have 7 calendar days from the delivery date to pick up your shipment at the chosen DHL Locker. Unfortunately, if the shipment is not collected within these 7 calendar days we will return it to the sender.

In order to connect to the Locker on your mobile, you need to connect your Bluetooth and have internet connection. This connection is set automatically. If there is an incident, try activating the Bluetooth connection and the internet connection manually from your smartphone settings. If problem persists, contact Support 911988248.

You will have received two e-mails, SMS or delivery notification containing the Pickup ID and PIN. Make sure you enter the information correctly, that your smartphone is connected to the internet and you have bluetooth connected.
