  • Enter the shipping platform for individuals of DHL eCommerce and fill in the different fields required to ship (receiver and shipper), after checkout you can download your label. You will also receive a copy of your label by email. 

  • Within the national territory, it is not possible to ship to PO Boxes. 

  • Yes, we regularly launch promotions for shipping within Spain and across Europe. Discounts are published in or other channels, such as our Linkedin profile. This discount will be entered at the end of the checkout process, just prior to payment. See our website to check if there is currently a discount. 

  • You will be able to download proof of delivery from your shipment as soon as it has been delivered. See the status of your shipment, and click on the proof of delivery If not available, please check again after 24 hours. 

  • Yes, you can leave your shipment at any pick-up point of DHL eCommerce. Enquiry  here your nearest ServicePoint and its schedules. Remember to paste the shipping label into the box so we can get your shipment to your destination. 

  • Once you complete all the data to generate the shipping label, you will be directed to the payment platform for online payment. Pay with PayPal, Visa or Mastercard. Please note that card transactions will be charged directly.

  • The deadline for requesting your shipment cancellation is 30 days from the date of hire.

    DHL eCommerce will not reimburse when the request is made after 30 days for return under the cancellation policy, however it will give the customer the option to use the shipment up to 90 days after the label creation.

    DHL eCommerce will refund the service amount provided that such request is made prior to the shipment deposit at a DHL ServicePoint collection point.

    DHL eCommerce will make the total refund of the invoiced amount, provided Customer requests the Customer Service for DHL eCommerce.

    The refund will always be made through the same payment method you used when you hire.

    Refund will be effective within approximately 10 days of the date of confirmation by Customer Service.

    DHL eCommerce reserves the right to cancel any service in the event of any breach of the Terms and Conditions by the user.
