  • Enter the DHL eCommerce private shipping  platform and fill in the different fields necessary to make your shipment (receiver and shipper), after making the payment you will be able to download your label. You will also receive a copy of your label by email. 

  • Within the national territory, it is not possible to ship to PO Boxes. 

  • Yes, we regularly launch promotions for shipping within Spain and across Europe. Discounts are published in dhlparcel.es or other channels, such as our Linkedin profile. This discount will be entered at the end of the checkout process, just prior to payment. See our website dhlparcel.es to check if there is currently a discount. 

  • You will be able to download proof of delivery from your shipment as soon as it has been delivered. See the status of your shipment, and click on the proof of delivery If not available, please check again after 24 hours. 

  • Yes, you can drop off your shipment at any DHL eCommerce collection point. Enquiry  here your nearest ServicePoint and its schedules. Remember to paste the shipping label into the box so we can get your shipment to your destination. 

  • Once you complete all the data to generate the shipping label, you will be directed to the payment platform for online payment. Pay with PayPal, Visa or Mastercard. Please note that card transactions will be charged directly.

  • The deadline for requesting your shipment cancellation is 30 days from the date of hire.

    DHL eCommerce will not refund when the request is made after 30 days for return under the cancellation policy, however it will give the customer the option to use the shipment until 90 days after the creation of the label.

    DHL eCommerce will reimburse the service amount provided that such a request is made prior to shipment deposit at a DHL ServicePoint collection point.

    DHL eCommerce will reimburse the invoiced amount in full, provided the customer makes the request to DHL eCommerce Customer Care.

    The refund will always be made through the same payment method you used when you hire.

    Refund will be effective within approximately 10 days of the date of confirmation by Customer Service.

    DHL eCommerce reserves the right to cancel any services in the event of any breach of the Terms and Conditions by the user.
