Enter the DHL Parcel private shipping platform and fill in the different fields necessary to send your shipment (receiver and shipper), after making the payment you will be able  to download your label. You will also receive a copy of your label by email. 

Within the national territory, it is not possible to ship to PO Boxes. 

Yes, we regularly launch promotions for shipping within Spain and across Europe. Discounts are published in dhlparcel.es or other channels, such as social media. This discount will be entered at the end of the checkout process, just prior to payment. See our website dhlparcel.es to check if there is currently a discount. 

You will be able to download proof of delivery from your shipment as soon as it has been delivered. See the status of your shipment, and click on the proof of delivery If not available, please check again after 24 hours. 

Yes, you can leave your shipment at any pick-up point of DHL Parcel. Check here for your nearest ServicePoint and its schedules. Remember to paste the shipping label into the box so we can get your shipment to your destination.
