When you send a parcel with us, you can be sure it’s in safe hands.  Whether you choose to have your parcel collected or to drop it off, we’ll look after it carefully until we hand it to your recipient.

You don’t need to sign up for an account (although you’ll get extra benefits if you do!), just fill in the details of your parcel  and we’ll take care of the rest.  So whether you’re a  small business boss, a side hustler or a gifter, you can send a parcel today for as little as £2.79*.

So what can you expect from us?  Next day delivery is standard across the UK mainland or for overseas parcels, delivery can take as little as 2 days (depending on the destination).

There’s no minimum order quantity, either, so you can send as many or as few parcels as you like.

We’ll look after your recipients too – here’s what they can expect from us:

• Tracking notifications, including a 1hr ETA and optional “you’re next” message
• DHL eCommerce UK app, where they can track, manage and rearrange deliveries
• Add their what3words address and designate a safe place for deliveries if they’re not in
• Tell us which neighbours will accept a parcel (and which won’t)
• Change delivery address or redirect to a ServicePoint
• Photo confirmation of delivery
