UK Mail depot team (operated by DHL) will collect your mailing items at a time that suits you.
Hand over your pre-sorted letters and large letters to UK Mail for efficient, secure local mail collection.
Scanned into our collection depot.
Transported to our Coventry Campus and sorted for onward delivery into the delivery depot.
You will benefit from the added security of proof of delivery to Royal Mail which you can access on our unique online self-service portal.
Handover into every Royal Mail inward mail centre 6 days a week.

Our services give you a choice of collection times and management information that provides end to end chain of custody data and peace of mind.

Sorted Mail Service Requirements

Minimum volume of 4,000 to 10,000 items per customer ID, per collection, per day
Mail must be sorted according to format and weight band
Every item must carry a UK Mail approved indica and a valid UK return address
A minimum of 90% of mailing items must be fully and accurately addressed and postcoded following the Royal Mail's Postcode Address File
