BOOKING IS MADE WITH DHL ECOMMERCE UK

You request a customer’s parcel to be sent to a local out-of-home location and a label is printed

PARCEL COLLECTION AND DELIVERY

Our driver collects, and your item is delivered the next working day, confirmed by a scan at the store

THE RECIPIENT IS NOTIFIED

A PUC (Pick Up Code) is sent to the recipient to tell them their parcel is at the out-of-home location

PARCEL IS COLLECTED

The recipient’s ID is shown and the shopkeeper scans the PUC – parcel delivery is complete
