Arranging a Pickup

Standard Booking: book your pickups at any address as if the call were handled by one of our Customer Support agents. If you wish, you can request insurance coverage and the time definite products that are available.

Speed Booking: request courier pickup at your usual pickup address**.

Shipment Tracking

Check the delivery status of your shipments and activate the SMS notification service.


By calling the dedicated number 199.309.345, your consignee can request re-delivery.

The call will be automatically transferred to the Customer Support operator if a ticket has already been opened for shipment or if you need further assistance.
