For goods and documents that can't wait, the DHL Express 9:00 Import service ensures delivery before 9:00 a.m. on the first possible business day and allows packages up to 30 kg and shipments up to 300 kg while offering, within the limits of the terms and conditions of service, a money-back guarantee for the extra charge relating to the Time Definite Service.
