Terms and Conditions of “DHL Service Point XiaoHongShu Promotion" (the "Program")

The Program starts from 1 July 2026 and ends on 31 August 2026 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
The Program is only applicable to customers who have not sent any shipments and paid instantly at any DHL Service Point in the past six months (“New Customer”).
During the Promotion Period, New Customer will be eligible to enjoy 10% off the DHL Express Easy published rate (excluding surcharges, taxes and other additional charges and value-added services), who have (a) sent an international shipment (documents or non-documents) to overseas destinations by DHL Express Easy at any DHL Service Point; (b) complete payment by cash or other digital payments; and (c) present the promotion code ‘DHL-XHS’.
This Program is not applicable to customers who have DHL Express (Hong Kong) Limited (“DHL”) accounts.
The discount under this Program only applies to DHL’s Express Easy published rates, but it is not applicable to surcharges, taxes, other additional charges and value-added services.
This Program cannot be enjoyed in conjunction with other promotional offers or discounts.
DHL reserves the right to alter any aspect of the Program (including but not limited to these Terms and Conditions) and/or to terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
Should any dispute arise from or in relation to the Program, DHL’s decision shall be final and conclusive.
DHL’s Terms & Conditions of Carriage shall apply to all eligible DHL products . For more information, please visit dhl.com.hk.
If there is any inconsistency between the English version and the Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
No third party rights shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap.623).
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China.
