Pick-up booking cut-off time
To ensure timely pick-up and delivery, take note of the ad-hoc shipment booking cut-off time to receive pick-up service on the same day:
Monday through Friday – 5:00 PM is the latest possible time to schedule a pickup to receive service before 7:00 PM
- Saturday – 11:00 AM is the latest possible time to schedule a pickup to receive service before 1:00 PM
Ad-Hoc Pick-up schedule is not available for all Public Holidays, including holidays in lieu, listed by the Ministry of Manpower.
