1. Object, Duration and Scope
Responsible for Promotion: DHL Parcel Iberia, S.L.U. (hereinafter DHL) with NIF number B-20.645701 and with registered office at c/ Fernando Múgica, no. 8, Polígono Industrial Belartza, 20018, Donostia-San Sebastián, Gipuzkoa.
DHL will hold the draw for two individual tickets to attend the 2026 Formula E World Championship, held at the Madrid Jarama-RACE circuit on March 21, 2026
The promotion period will start on December 23, 2025 with the publication of the draw and will end on January 15, 2026 at 11:59 p.m.
The promotion is limited to the territory of the Spanish State.
2. Promotion Requirements and Mechanics
All individuals over the age of 18 residing in Spain will be eligible for the draw.
To enter the drawing, you will need to:
- Follow the DHL Parcel Iberia (@dhlecommerceespana) Instagram page at the time of entry.
- Give “Like” and comment, mentioning a friend, in the publication made on the DHL Parcel Iberia profile in which the draw is announced.
- Optionally, share the sweepstakes post by @dhlecommerceespana in stories
The drawing will be held on January 16. .
The drawing will be conducted through a computer tool among everyone who has shared the post. The tool will select 1 winner randomly and 3 alternates. The name of the winner will be communicated to the interested party by comment in the sweepstakes publication in which they participated, by means of a publication on the @dhlecommerceespana profile and by private Instagram message, once the sweepstakes has ended within 24 hours.
Winner must confirm acceptance of prize by reply in private Instagram message by January 21, 2026. If the winner cannot be reached by January 21, 2026 from the first contact attempt or the winner waives the prize, the winner will move to the next one to the alternate list, the initial winner losing his/her right to claim the prize.
To receive instructions on how the prize will be redeemed, the winner must provide his/her first name, last name, e-mail address and telephone number. DHL will then contact the winner to inform them of the process to follow.
3. Award Conditions
The prize will not be transmissible or redeemable for any other product or for its cash value.
In the event that the prize implies the completion of any type of travel and/or accommodation of the winner, the winner shall bear all expenses.
The winner will be contacted to inform them of the steps to be taken to obtain the individual entries, which will be delivered in digital format by email
Unforeseen circumstances or reasons not controllable by DHL or outside its scope of action may make the award delivery impracticable or achievable under inappropriate conditions. In such a situation, DHL may change the date and place of delivery of the prize.
4. Promotion Advertising
By accepting the prize, winners consent to being mentioned on DHL social media in communications related to this promotion.
5. Exclusions
DHL reserves the right to justifiably remove any user who defrauds, alters or renders useless the proper functioning and normal course of the promotion. Any user who intentionally or unintentionally harms or damages the image of DHL, as well as other participating users, will also be removed.
6. Modifications
DHL reserves the right to make changes to its mechanics and prizes, provided that they are justified and do not harm participants.
In the event that the promotion cannot be carried out due to fraud detected therein, technical errors or any other event that is not under its control and that affects the development of the promotion, DHL reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend it.
Modifications, suspension or cancellation of the promotion will be communicated through the DHL Parcel Iberia Instagram profile.
7. Limitation and Exclusion of Liability
DHL is exempt from any liability, if for any reason or cause external to DHL, the prizes cannot be sent in a timely manner to the winners, as well as in the event of cancellation of the sessions subject to the prizes regulated in these terms and conditions.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, DHL reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of similar amount and value.
DHL reserves the right to defer or extend the draw period
By participating in this promotion you acknowledge and agree that the intellectual property rights in the materials in this promotion belong to DHL. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or transformation of any advertising or promotional materials is a violation of the owner’s intellectual property rights.
8. Protection of Personal Data
In compliance with current data protection regulations, DHL reports on the processing of personal data:
- Controller: DHL Parcel Iberia, S.L.U., with N.I.F. No. B-20.645.701 and postal address c/ Fernando Múgica, No. 8, Polígono Industrial Belartza, 20018, Donostia-San Sebastián.
- Purpose of the treatment: voluntary participation in the drawing of 2 individual entries to attend the 2026 Formula E World Championship, held at the Madrid Jarama-RACE circuit on March 21, 2026, delivery of the prizes and publication of the winner on Instagram, as indicated in the legal bases of the drawing. The data will be kept for the time necessary for the aforementioned purpose and for the legal periods that are applicable.
- Legitimation: consent granted for the purposes mentioned by participating in the draw.
- Recipients of international transfers or assignments: the Instagram username with which the draw is entered will be communicated to the tool https:// app-sorteos.com/es for the purpose of conducting the draw and to the company of the DHL Group in charge of managing Formula E entries.
- Rights: for the exercise of the rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, opposition, portability, to not be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data and to withdraw consent, where applicable, you may go to the postal address indicated in the section “Controller” indicating in the envelope “Ref. Participants warrant and respond to the truthfulness, accuracy, validity and authenticity of their personal information.
The Participant declares that he/she has been informed and consents to the processing of his/her personal data by participating in the draw and in accordance with the provisions of the draw.
9. Acceptance of bases
Simply entering the drawing implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. The manifestation in the sense of non-acceptance of all or part of them will imply the exclusion of the participant and as a result, DHL will be released from compliance with the obligation contracted with said participant.
10. Interpreting the Rules and Resolving Conflicts
The interpretation and breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law. Any controversy arising from the interpretation or compliance with these bases shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Donostia-San Sebastián.
