AWARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Object, Duration, and Scope

DHL Parcel Iberia, S.L.U. (hereinafter, DHL) with NIF number B-20.645.701, with registered address atC/ Fernando Múgica, 8, Polígono Industrial Belartza, 20018 Donostia / San Sebastián, will give away two Formula E tickets held in Madrid on March 21, 2026. The period to register for the promotion will start on 15/01/2026 with the publication of the contest and will end on 15/02/2026. Scope of the Promotion: DHL PARCEL IBERIA, S.L.U. SERVICEPOINTS located in Spain

2. . Prize Requirements and Mechanics

DHL will give away two Formula E tickets held in Madrid on March 21, 2026 to the ServicePoint from which more shipments have been contracted for individual DHL customers (PRODUCT C2X- OTC), in the period between 15/01/2026 and 15/02/2025. DHL will communicate the prize to the winning SERVICEPOINT by sending an email to the email address provided as the contact address by the SERVICEPOINT and/or by telephone. The winning SERVICEPOINT must confirm acceptance of the prize by reply sent by email within 24 hours of notification. If the winning SERVICEPOINT cannot be reached within 24 hours of the first contact attempt or the latter waives the prize, the next SERVICEPOINT to which the prize corresponds will be transferred for the number of shipments made, the initial winner losing their right to claim the prize. The award will be sent to the SERVICEPOINT via email

3. Award Conditions

The prize cannot be redeemed for any other product or for its cash value. In the event that the prize involves the completion of any type of travel by the winner, the winner shall bear all expenses. DHL shall not be liable if unforeseen circumstances or reasons not controllable by DHL or outside its scope of action may render the award delivery impracticable or achievable under inappropriate conditions. 

4. Limitation and Exclusion of Liability 

DHL is exempt from any liability if, for any reason or cause external to DHL, the prizes cannot be sent in a timely manner to the winners, as well as in the event of cancellation of the sessions subject to the prizes regulated in these terms and conditions. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, DHL reserves the right to replace the prize with a prize of similar amount and value. DHL reserves the right to defer or extend the draw period. 

5. Protection of Personal Data.

In compliance with current data protection regulations, we inform you about the processing of your personal data: • Controller: DHL Parcel Iberia, S.L.U., with C.I.F. B-20.645.701 and registered address at C/ Fernando Múgica, 8, Polígono Industrial Belartza, 20018 Donostia / San Sebastián. • Purpose: voluntary participation in the contest on the sale of shipments between Service Point and the delivery of the prizes (two tickets for Formula E). The data will be kept for the time necessary for the aforementioned purpose and for the legal periods that are applicable. • Legitimization: consent given by completing a contest entry form. • Recipients of assignments or transfers: They are not foreseen unless legally required. • Rights: Access, Rectification, Suppression, Limitation of Processing, Opposition, Portability, A not to be subject to decisions based solely on the automated processing of your data and Withdraw consent for a specific purpose, where applicable. You also have the right to complain to the Supervisory Authority, by contacting the Spanish Data Protection Agency at the following address www.aepd.es.
