UK Next Day

A DHL Parcel UK driver will deliver your parcel to your recipient on the next working day after collection. Throughout the parcel’s journey, we’ll keep you and your recipient informed with our live online tracker and regular email notifications. 

Want to offer your customers priority shipping? We can help! We have three UK priority services to deliver your parcel pre-9am, pre-10.30am and pre-noon.  

We’ll deliver to your customer’s door or they can choose to collect from their local DHL Parcel UK depot or ServicePoint. We have 3,500 ServicePoints across the UK and 90% of the UK population live within a 10 minute journey of a shop. Our ServicePoints are located in local convenience stores so your customers can pick up a pint of milk and collect their parcel at the same time.

Tracking

Your customer can see exactly where their parcel is throughout its journey with our live online tracker. 

When the parcel is out for delivery, they can see how many stops the driver has to make before reaching their address.

Notifications

We’ll keep your customer informed with regular email and text notifications.

On the morning of the delivery, we’ll send a one hour ETA window so they know when to expect us. They can even opt in to receive a ‘You’re next text’ when they are the next stop on the driver’s route.

Rescheduling options

Should your customer not be at home at the time of the delivery, we have a number of rescheduling options available. 

They can choose to have their parcel delivered to a neighbour, safe place or DHL Parcel UK ServicePoint.


   

3,500 ServicePoints across the UK

We have over 3,500 DHL Parcel UK ServicePoints across the UK where parcels can be sent, collected and returned.  Our ServicePoint network was designed with convenience in mind – 90% of the UK population live within a 10 minute journey of a shop so there’s always one nearby. Found in local corner shops, our ServicePoints are typically open from 8am until late so customers can access our parcel services on the school run, during their lunch break or when picking up dinner.

Book online and drop-off at any of our 3,500 ServicePoints across the UK. 

No printer? No problem! Label-less printing available on all parcels sent with the UK. 

Collect

Offer customers the option to click and collect at checkout. 

Alternatively, if your customer isn’t going to be home at the time of the delivery they can choose to have the parcel delivered to their local ServicePoint.

Return

Offer your customers a quick and simple returns option. 

Customers can book their return online and drop off at local ServicePoint. We’ll send a barcode to their phone so they won’t even need to print a label. 


Just Right Returns

Offering a simple returns process is paramount to every business. In fact, 90% of customers will buy from a retailer again if the returns process is easy*.  It is therefore not enough to just offer a returns option, you also need to make sure it is easy for your customers to send items back to you.
