  • Although we welcome feedback on our services, it’s important to us to ensure that we know that the review is trustworthy and reliable. Reviews on open platforms can be left by anyone, whether they have or have not genuinely interacted with the company that they are posting a review about.

  • Feefo are committed to collecting genuine reviews from real people. Feefo will invite anyone who receives a parcel delivered by us to leave a review. It is completely voluntary, and recipients are not incentivised for leaving a review.

  • If a recipient has not received an email invite, they can fill in the review questionnaire on the Feefo site. However, they will need to provide proof that they have received a parcel from us e.g. a delivery confirmation email.

  • Feefo display all reviews – good and bad – on their website so you get an accurate representation of the service. However, any reviews which contain offensive language will not be published.
