We strive to deliver every parcel safely and on time - however occasionally road closures due to planned events or unexpected incidents, weather conditions or system outages may affect or otherwise disrupt delivery services.
Whenever we're aware of a potential interruption to our deliveries, we'll post an update here with as much detail as possible, so you can be well-informed on the arrival of your parcel.

The worldwide IT issues being experienced today across many areas have impacted the departure of our drivers and we have been unable to provide 1 hour delivery windows. All parcels will go out for delivery today.

Storm Ciarán is causing strong winds and heavy rain across southern England and the Channel Islands. All sites except Guernsey are operating as normal. Deliveries in Guernsey will be affected by the severe weather conditions. All efforts will be made to deliver any delayed parcels as the weather improves.
