We’ll collect your pre-sorted mail items from your business premises at a time which suits you. We’ll then process your mail to ensure it meets Royal Mail’s specifications. You can track items from the point of collection up until handover to Royal Mail and for added peace of mind, we’ll provide proof of delivery when items are handed over.
You will need to ensure all mail items meet the below criteria, before handing over to us for processing.
- Minimum of 4,000 pre-sorted mail items per collection.
- A UK Mail indicia must be applied to every mail item.
- A UK return address must be printed on the reverse of every mail item.
- All addresses and postcodes should adhere to Royal Mail’s Postcode Address file.
