UK secures £7.5 billion Japanese investment
The UK has secured a £7.5 billion investment from Japan’s Sumitomo Corporation, aiming to support key UK infrastructure and clean energy projects through to 2035. Focusing on offshore wing and hydrogen projects, the investment will help the UK in becoming a clean energy superpower while boosting the economy.
