We’ll collect your mail items from your business premises and utilise our high speed sortation machine to sort and process your mail, before handing over to Royal Mail for final mile delivery on the next working day.

How unsorted mail works

Step 1

We’ll collect your unsortedmail from your business premises.

We’ll sort your mail items using our high-speed sortation machine.

Step 3

The sorted mail items are given to Royal Mail for final mile delivery.

Step 4

Your mail items will be delivered to recipients on the next working day.


CRITERIA

You will need to ensure all mail items meet the below criteria, before handing over to us for processing.

  • Minimum of 250 UK items or 50 International items per collection (unless combined with a pre-sort mailing on the same date).
  • Mail must be Letter or Large Letter format

Royal Mail offer two letter sizes – ‘Letter’ and ‘Large Letter’.
