Employment Rights Bill Roadmap unveiled

The Government has revealed its roadmap, detailing a timeline of when it will deliver the new package of worker’s rights. Business secretary Jonathan Reynolds said, “By phasing implementation, our collaborative approach balances meaningful worker protections with the practical realities of running a successful business, creating more productive workplaces where both employees and employers can thrive”.  The bill aims to improve living standards and strengthen workplace protection for workers across the country. Discussions with employers, workers, and trade unions will continue to ensure they reach the best deal for growth and improved living standards.
