As a business account holder, you can conveniently place orders through MyDHL+.
First, go to MyDHL+ and select the country of residence.
Step 1: MyDHL+ Navigation
- Select 'Ship' on the top menu panel.
- Click 'Order Supplies'.
Step 2: Supply Orders
- Enter 'Account Number'.
- Enter quantity to selected package(s).
- Click 'Next' to proceed.
Notes: Orders can include up to 50 items. Plastic flyers (100pcs/stack) cost MYR 100, with a minimum order of 90pcs.

Step 3: Delivery Details Input
- Enter the contact and company name corresponding to the DHL account number provided earlier.
- Enter delivery address.
- Enter contact details such as phone number and email address.
- Select an image icon for verification purpose.
- Click 'Submit' to proceed.
Step 4: Order Confirmation
After that, you'll arrive at this page, indicating the order has been placed.
An order confirmation email with the reference number will be sent from my.dhlcares@dhl.com.
The supplies are typically delivered within 2-3 working days.
