If you are shipping to a home or residential address, you may activate specific delivery options by indicating the recipient’s address as residential. The receiver will then receive proactive shipment updates via email or SMS and have the option of selecting their preferred delivery mode via the On Demand Delivery website.
RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS If you indicate that your recipient’s address as residential, consignee will receive proactive tracking updates by e-mails or SMS.
Ship climate-neutral with DHL Express’ GoGreen services. Under this optional service, we will offset transport-related carbon emissions for your shipment, allowing you to work towards being carbon-neutral. You will also receive reports on your carbon footprint, including a reliable calculation of carbon emissions at your shipment level and the offsetting of those carbon emissions through our carbon management activities.

This optional service is for customers who require a change of billing information on an already issued invoice. DHL Express will reissue the invoice and, in the event of an account change, credit the old account and debit the new.

If you don’t wish to share the value of your shipment with the recipient, you may opt for our Neutral Delivery service. Under this optional service, DHL Express takes measures to mask the value of your shipment from the recipient, such as removing any paperwork that exposes the value of the goods from the shipment prior to delivery.
