  • Maximum Weight: Make sure not to exceed the maximum weight of 250kg.
  • Trim Packaging: Shipment charges are based on their actual/volumetric weight (whichever is higher). Trim packaging accordingly to fit the size of the item to avoid extra charges.
  • Inner Protection: Ensure items are packed with sufficient inner protection materials.
  • Secure the Pallet: Be sure the pallet is strapped before handing it over to the DHL Courier.
